The Vacuum Mixing Defoaming Machine (also known as a Dual-Axis Centrifugal Mixer) is a device that utilizes the forces generated by rotation and revolution to remove bubbles from liquids or slurries. It employs a non-contact mixing and centrifugal vacuum defoaming principle, providing a vacuum environment during the mixing and defoaming process to accelerate bubble removal. The mixing and defoaming time is typically around 3 minutes. It is suitable for conductive/resistive materials such as gold/silver/carbon paste, polymer new materials, glass/ceramic slurries, sealing/insulating materials, chemical materials, medical and food applications, single/double-component epoxy resins, adhesives, LED phosphors, silicone, and other molding materials. It ensures uniform mixing and eliminates nanoscale bubbles without dead corners.
