The Air Jet Sieve, also known as Air Jet Sieving Machine, meets the basic needs of powder particle size analysis. Place the powder sample in the instrument, activate the vacuum generator and timer on the touch screen to initiate the sieving process.Featuring an imported American electronic vortex generator, the instrument creates precise negative pressure air vortex when combined with the vacuum system. This vortex lifts particles through the nozzle to impact the sieve cover, breaking agglomerates. Particles are then re-aspirated to the test sieve in size order - finer particles pass through the mesh while coarser particles remain on the sieve.The electronic vortex generator controls three-dimensional movement of particles according to size, realizing the "classify first, then sieve" theory of air jet sieving. By sequentially using different mesh size sieves, the instrument ultimately determines the percentage particle size distribution.
